I sit here and watch as the Egyptian ex president is wheeled into a kangaroo courtroom to answer charges of genocide and perhaps he's guilty but then I also focus on Mr Asad, the current Syrian madman who has already ordered the assassination of almost 2000 civilians. Would the West be so daring to advocate a similar trial for Asad against their economic interest?
