How is it in a TIE game (group play) yuh have de superover to determine a WINNER but in a Rainout team split the points? Would it nat be more fair to all teams if a winner is determine in a rainout as well? Like flipping a coin afterall with the current format a rainout is a TIE and a TIE is not a TIE.....
