Team Headley has a lead of nine runs but has lost two wickets in their second innings with Guyana Harpy Eagles’ Mathew Nandu holding the innings together thus far with an unbeaten 28 from 94 balls. Resuming on 62-3, Team Weeks was bowled out for 235 in response to Team Headley’s 177. Athanaze, who started the day on seven, only managed to add 30 on day 2 before being dismissed by Anderson Phillips who finished with figures of 2-44. The fightback on day two came from Devon Thomas (57) and Veerasammy Permaul (35)* as Kavem Hodge finished with 3-46 while Chaim Holder (3-30) and Akeem Jordan (2-41) got into the act. Team Headley’s second outing with the bat didn’t start well as Kieran Powell was dismissed for nine and Hodge, who top-scored in the first innings, went for 26. Action on day three commences at 10:00h.
