Is Dhoni Too Fearful and Defensive A Captain?

I think Dhoni's an over-rated captain, batsman and keeper....

He was a lucky captain, lucky to be in a side that won the 20/20 champs in 2007, and has been living on that glory ever since. He has a very good ODI side, which is why they won the World Cup this year. But they were too big-headed to stay number one in Tests, and will never get back there. Now that they're struggling, Dhoni's captaincy flaws are being exposed.

His keeping is shoddy, and as a batsman, he can swing his bat and make a few runs, but a batting star he is not.

yes! dhoni is certainl coming into full focus at this time. the resulting impression is not so great as it was at the start
