I dont know, I have worked in Jamaican companies, but almost all have corporate cultures that keep apace with what is the norm in the global environment.

I can tell you that no organization would ever have tolerated the kind of failure that the West Indies team has had over the past 15 years without pulling out all the stops and making a major re-organization and putting controls in place to ensure that it didnt recur.

I feel an article forming in my brain, I dont write much, but if I will will windiesfan post it on the front page ?
