patience! how old is he? isnt he even younger than ramdin!?

i dont want to give Ramdin no run. Ramdin has become sacrificial in my mind, as a player who did not have the chance to mature fully before he got the top job...a job that now prevents him from so doing.

Ramdin will prolly never reach his full potential now given all the pressure..... and Walton will grwo in his shadow and emerge by the time he 26-28 ready to be the top keeper we want.

I used to argue a few years back that wicb shud ressurect Junior Murray and let him do the job till like now so when ramdin would be more ready. they say naw over on 446....Ramdin! well!

as an international rule gleaned from the history of the game, keepers do not mature till past their mid-twenties. the only exception that has proven that rule is Tatenda Taibu!

what about Dhoni, Sangakkara , Akmal, Flower? What about keepers with 50+ average in test? :)

well how old is dhoni? and is Sangy a real keeper? does he even keep now!?

grant flower is in a special league with people like Alexander, dennis lindsay..maybe later on Dhoni, who is kinda back-peddaliong recently!

yu see these fellers are exceptional....who did everything they had to do at phenomenal levels in the game of cricket

in cricket it must be only those 3, along with Dujon who I do not see quite in the class of alexander, dhoni, flower and lindsay...who have done as exctionally as keeper/batsmen of high quality on both sides of the stumps

Good work by Russell....

He has taken 5-44 so far, to reduce India to 230-8.

by the way...who are the keepers with a 50 average...after a full career, or well into their career at this time, carrying 50?

India win by six wickets....

As we can see, these youngsters still have some way to go before we can expect them to perform better than the current bunch.
