The National Indigenous Cricket Development Squad has been defeated by 20 runs by MIG Cricket Club in Mumbai today, finishing their 12-day tour of India with three wins and two losses.

While on tour, the team took part in Oz Fest alongside Prime Minister Julia Gillard, visited India’s largest slum, conducted cricket clinics for local children and attended film premieres at the Mumbai Film Festival.
Documentary makers JetZak have been in embedded with the team throughout the tour and a one-hour documentary will screen on NITV and SBS later this year.
Members of the team will next meet at the 2013 Imparja Cup in Alice Springs. The 20th anniversary of Cricket Australia’s national Indigenous cricket tournament will be held 11-17 February 2013.
