Now if West Indies does not win the second test the WI rating actually drops from 90 to 89. Says a lot about the Bangladesh ranking!!

Surely, even Afro has to acknowledge now that the Kiwis are a weak team....

Sri Lanka actually did better than the Windies since they won by 10 wickets.

The West Indies could only manage to win by 9 wickets.

I am not looking for help for the Windies.

If they are to move up in the period outlined by Gibson then they need all the help they can get.

I suspect that being a very busy man Gibson did not have time to check whether WI moving up in that time frame was a reasonable prospect.

When it comes to playing spin, NZ batsmen are even worse than Bangla and WI batsmen....

Only Zimbabwe batsmen are worse than them, among Test-playing nations.

New Zealand attempt to help the West Indies again in the second test starting tonight.

New Zealand trying hard to bring Sri Lanka closer to the Windies.

If only WI had not agreed to drop the tests they might have had a real possibility of moving to #6.
