Yes di man really step up to rhatid!! , but to be honest he doesn't seem to be up against much class, Pak are like walking wickets right now and i'll only rate the likes of Philander and Abbott when they play in Asia on flat wickets, Starc looked like a rock star against us the other day, but looked totally ineffective today against India.

Not fast enough for you, Afro?
It doesn't matter how well they do in Asia...half of their Tests are in South Africa, and how well they bowl in Saffer conditions matter most. Only a quarter of their Tests will be played in Asia, so their performances there are unlikely to determine whether they stay in the side or not.

Abbott is another Philander...he's going to be around for a while.

LOL so when i used to mention Narine's home record "it doesn't matter"..NOW YOU WANNA MAKE EXCUSES?   , against better opposition that medium pace stuff won't fly old boy!!..thats why ROACH DONE BETTER THAN PHILANDER against Australia and got more wickets in his two tests vs England than Philander did in his first two against them last year!! 8-) .

Why is it every time Philander's name is called, you come up with Roach?
They are different types of bowlers - Roach is pace, Philander is movement. But since you insist on comparing their Test records, don't cherry-pick. You look at their entire Test career, which is what I say you should also do with Narine...pay attention.

Roach, 21 Tests, average 27.69

Philander, 15 Tests, average 16.81

Narine, 5 Tests, average 48.06

Says it all, really....

Did i compare Narine to Philander you fecking idiot? the point YOU WERE MAKING EXCUSES AGAIN!!, Roach's record involves three series IN ASIA!!.. a place your lickle crush has yet to visit and it will be very interesting to see how he copes on those roads!!.especially after he struggled on a few flat tracks in Australia and England!!   .
