that he does not have to send a copy of the proposed fitness manual to WIPA. He made this comment during an interview with Maurice Foster and Michael Hall this afternoon on KLAS Radio. In a follow up question from Foster about sharing the manual with WIPA, his response was that he does not need to do so as WICB do not need to obtain approval from WIPA to implement the manual.
He went on to explain that the manual will be posted on their website and everyone will have access to it.
Mr. Hilaire continues to dig himself into a hole with these asinine comments. They will get him in trouble one day. Mark my words.
