Get rid of all Coaches and analysts, let the Captain and the team do it all.
15 travel and maybe supported by a manager and at a stretch a Physio. Then again ice baths and let them rub each other like they used to cut each others hair.
Besides all this coaching shit does not work for any teams across the world so you can only support eradication of all coaching and support staff.

Flower was great when his team was winnin and when the shit hit deh fan he was exposed as rubbish.
Go back to basics and banish 99% of support staff.
Have 4 extra players tour or in squad to get experience. Team manager jus dey to make sure players happy, hotels booked, meals and transport on time, kit clean and such like.
Yuh eh need no damn coach....head or bottom coach.
West Indies win with players a lackey and Waight to rub yuh up.
Discipline and curfew.
When yuh not tourin/ playin drink yuh rass sick.....

well...there has been a whole lot of discussion in these pages about the head coach and good conclusions have been arrived at on the issue..conclusions that did not include the absurdity I see above here
the problem is in the position itself. make a good say on the issue if you can. can you

No coachin staff.
15 players let dem coach an do tings nah man.
Manager who make dem happy.
No Physio or maybe dey too weak to look after they self.

A head coach is based on the premise even the highest of international players are not competant enough in their roles to carry out their given tasks without supervision.
Almost a structured learning or school type environment and, I presume, not one many posters here would be familiar with in their own field of work.
I admit that every day provides a new opportunity to learn new things but its an idiot argument, the truth is, who gets cuss when a player cant score runs or take wickets, or even field competently.
