The explosive West Indian duo of all-rounders Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard have opted against signing the contracts that were put in front of them by the West Indies Cricket Board, citing issues with their category and the release clause as being unfair.

The dynamic all-rounders have been by far the two most outstanding players for the Islanders besides Chris Gayle and Shivnarine Chanderpaul. The main issue behind turning down the contracts was that the players could be stopped by the board at will and not allowed to appear in foreign leagues.

It is not a worry for the two explosive players as they have very much become superstars through their impressive performances in IPL mainly. The differences among the players and board have been ongoing for quite a while now and the players in the recent past opted against representing their country on an issue of being underpaid by the WICB.

In times to come these two players definitely have to play a vital role in bringing glory back to the West Indian side.
