TIED TEST, Australia v West Indies
Gabba 1961

Before the series began, the great Sir Donald Bradman urged opposing captains Richie Benaud and Frank Worrall to play attractive cricket.
They took him at his word and produced a pulsating tie, the first of only two in Test history.

CRICKET WORLD CUP SEMI-FINAL
Edgbaston, 1999

This was the game where South Africa somehow managed to stuff up the simple equation of getting a run off the last ball to beat Australia.

Lance Klusener, on strike, kept his part of the bargain by running while Alan Donald just stood and watched as the game ended in a tie allowing Australia through to the finals on run rate.
