WICB to appoint new team captain
WI Captain Chris Gayle.

The West Indies is set to appoint a new captain as there is news that Chris Gayle has joined Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard by rejecting the West Indies Cricket Board's one-year retainer contract.

Replacements for Gayle, Bravo and Pollard, will be announced following a directors' meeting this weekend.

Snoop, I like Sammy too. I suspect its it not Sars, it will be Nash for the tests and sammy for the ODIs/T20s

Sammy has not established his place in the test team. And will not be able to do so in the test matches in SL...too many dead wickets!

Yeah, I can't see them picking both Sammy and Bravo on the same team on those dead SL wickets.

So it's Maps' boy Nash who will assume the poisoned chalice of the West Indies captaincy. :D

the most money on the most likely outcome..that the wicb will do the worst for westindies cricket not the best.

that is why the best is low and the worst is high. I want to win plenty money..10 dollars is gold :lol: :lol:

Other than Sarwan, its bad news for whosoever will be the captain, just remember its Sri Lanka they will be playing, so this should be a serious choice.
Sammy a good player but captain, my sympathy.

WICB is on a vindictive streak...so Sars is not an option. Homebwoy Sammy is a shoo-in and will push the agenda.
