Rule Change:Batsmen unable to ask for bad light

The Marylebone Cricket Club says the changes are "aimed at providing more fairness to both sides and reducing the amount of playing time lost."

umpires alone will have the right to decide whether play can be halted because of darkness. That will eliminate the practice of batting sides stopping play for tactical reasons.

You surely jest Bally. The only 'punishment' Ricky and Co. will get from the umps is "you know better than that Ricky...but it's kinda dark anyways so off you go". Whereas Sulieman Benn will be hauled before the match referee, have half his match fees deducted, and made to apologise.
