There was an interesting discussion between Greg Rutherford and Michael Johnson on BBC TV. Here's a transcript:
Rutherford: "The Brits were amazing at finding these perfect shots in the relays. Remember over the years we'd get people disgualified finding that one frame that they stepped out.
Johnson: "Wait a minute. You mean the Brits had someone specifically inn position to look for an infraction so they could get a medal?"
Rutherford: "I think every Brit was looking for an infraction. We were desperate for the medals."
That last bit was said half-joking, half-serious. It seems these people are now working in Birmingham at the World Indoors.
Rutherford: "There is obviously somebody looking as closely as possible to figure out these frames where they do step out."
Make of that what you will....

When I was in high school several of us wanted to do this...it never happened, which was really disappointing. I hope it all works out for you, its a great idea
