The WICB set up a 50 over tournament to pick a test side for the Sri Lankan tour.
This is strange.

you are expecting the WICB to do things that make sense! expect the unexpected and all will be well. no worries!

Remembe, the motto with WICB - if it makes sense, do the opposite!
